I hope these flowers find you well. I have been growing them for quite some time now, and I thought that you may like them. My wife is a florist, so I suppose I am trying to make her proud with these flowers... But none the less, I do hope that these will remain in one piece.

Back in Kazimierz, he kept his personal affairs in a state of military neatness, and left any kind of decorating to his sister Zofia. The same is just as true now, as he tried to keep as little as possible in the abandoned hut he had occupied outside of Aldrip.
Still, the gesture means a lot to the knight. That same day, he goes into town to buy a small vase, which he uses to store the flowers by his window. It's a small bit of beauty amidst the rustic simplicity he occupied.
He'll have to repay Astralin somehow, down the line. He doesn't know how- friends and gifts are not exactly his forte- but he makes a note to at least try anyhow.]
